This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices of NodeMax Ltd "NodeMax", and the information collected on hotchilli.com. NodeMax collects information from our users at several different points on our websites.
We request information from the user on our order form. A user must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user.
Information collected is used only for setting up service and conveying information about user accounts and upcoming features and benefits of NodeMax programs.
We store information that we collect through cookies, log files, and/or third parties to create a profile of our users. A profile is stored information that we keep on individual users that details their viewing preferences. This profile is used to tailor a user's visit to our Web site, and to direct pertinent marketing promotions to them. We do not share your profile with other third parties.

This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyse trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personal information.
We send all new members a welcoming email to verify password and username. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services, and special deals. If you do not wish to receive these, please email support@hotchilli.com.
On occasion, it is necessary to send out service announcements or information related to your account, such as receipts, confirmation emails or customer service/product updates. Generally, users may not opt-out of these communications, though they can deactivate their account. However, these communications are not promotional in nature.
Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.
NodeMax DOES NOT share, sell, rent or trade Web site usage information about users. Nodemax may share non-identifiable aggregate information (but never call records or usage statistics) to partners who have signed a non-disclosure agreement for the sole purpose of establishing a partnership agreement.

All of our user's information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personal information.
We use Google Analytics as described in "How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps." You can prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics on websites by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
We also employ IP address masking, a technique used to truncate IP addresses collected by Google Analytics and store them in an abbreviated form to prevent them from being traced back to individual users.
If a user's personal information changes, or if a user no longer desires our service, we provide a way to correct, update or delete/deactivate users personal information. This can usually be done by emailing support@hotchilli.com.

We take the privacy of our customers and visitors very seriously and comply fully with our obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998.
NODEMAX LTD will only use any personal information the Customer provides to it to provide the Services in accordance with these conditions or to inform the Customer about similar Services which NODEMAX LTD provides, unless the Customer notifies NODEMAX LTD that they do not want to receive that information.
